Workspace
Multi-panel canvas for side-by-side research — 11 panel types, drag-to-resize, symbol linking.
The Workspace (/workspace) is a free-form multi-panel canvas. Unlike the structured layout of the dashboard, the workspace lets you compose any combination of panels side-by-side and resize them to suit your research style.
Navigate to the workspace with G then W.
Panel types
The workspace supports 11 panel types:
| Panel | Content |
|---|---|
| Chart | OHLCV chart with technical indicators |
| News Feed | Article feed for a specific instrument or topic |
| Fundamentals | Valuation and financial metrics |
| Intelligence Graph | Knowledge graph for an entity |
| Portfolio | Holdings and P&L summary |
| Screener | Mini screener with filters |
| Watchlist | Watchlist instruments with quotes |
| Economic Calendar | Upcoming macro events |
| Prediction Markets | Polymarket events |
| Chat | AI assistant conversation |
| Alerts | Recent alert history |
Adding panels
Click the + Add panel button in the workspace toolbar. A panel picker modal shows all 11 types. Click any type to add it to the canvas. New panels appear at the right side of the canvas.
Layout
Panels can be arranged in rows and columns using a drag-based grid system. Drag a panel's title bar to move it. Drag the resize handle between panels to change their relative size.
Keyboard-first resize
With a panel selected (click its title bar), use Ctrl+Arrow to resize it by one grid unit in that direction. This is faster than dragging for precise sizing.
Symbol linking
Multiple panels can be linked to the same symbol using color-coded broadcast channels. When you change the symbol in one linked panel, all panels on the same channel update simultaneously.
There are 5 color channels: Red, Green, Blue, Yellow, and Purple. Assign a panel to a channel by clicking the colored dot in its title bar.
Example: Link a Chart panel and a News Feed panel to the Blue channel. When you type a new ticker in the Chart, the News Feed automatically updates to show news for that ticker.
Saving workspaces
Click Save workspace (or ⌘S) to save the current layout as a named workspace. Saved workspaces persist in your account and reload exactly as saved, including panel positions, sizes, and symbol assignments.
