Watchlists
Create and manage watchlists, add instruments, and switch between named lists.
Watchlists are named lists of instruments you actively monitor. They are separate from your brokerage holdings and can include any instrument regardless of whether you own it.
Creating a watchlist
Go to Portfolio → Watchlists
Navigate to
/portfolioand click the Watchlists tab.Click + New watchlist
Enter a descriptive name. Suggestions: "Mag-7", "Dividend Core", "High-conviction shorts", "Earnings watch".
Add instruments
Type a ticker or company name in the search box. Click + or press Enter to add the top match.
Managing a watchlist
- Rename — click the watchlist name at the top to edit it inline
- Reorder instruments — drag and drop rows in the watchlist table
- Remove an instrument — hover a row and click the trash icon
- Bulk remove — check multiple rows and click Remove selected
- Delete watchlist — click the ellipsis (…) menu and select Delete
Deleting a watchlist
Deleting a watchlist also removes all associated alert rules that target "any instrument in this watchlist." Price alert rules targeting specific tickers are not affected.
Switching watchlists
Use the dropdown selector at the top of the Watchlists tab to switch between your named lists. The active watchlist also controls which instruments appear in:
- Dashboard movers widget
- Morning brief watchlist commentary
- Screener "In my watchlist" filter badge
- Alert rule targeting ("any watchlist instrument")
Watchlist columns

Watchlist limits
Free tier: 1 watchlist, 25 instruments. Pro: unlimited watchlists, 200 instruments each. Enterprise: unrestricted.
