Save your screener filter combinations as named presets and reload them in one click.

A saved screen is a named snapshot of your current filter settings. Once saved, you can reload it with a single click instead of re-entering all criteria. Saved screens are stored per-user and persist across sessions.

Saving a screen

  1. Configure your filters

Use the filter bar to set all the criteria you want. The grid updates in real time as you adjust filters.

  2. Click Save screen

Click the Save screen button (floppy disk icon) in the Screener toolbar.

  3. Name the screen

Enter a descriptive name (e.g. "High FCF + low P/B"). Click Save.

The saved screen appears in the Saved screens dropdown at the top of the filter bar.

Loading a saved screen

Click the Saved screens dropdown and select any saved screen. All filters are restored instantly and the grid updates to show matching instruments.

Keyboard shortcut

Press ⌘S (macOS) or Ctrl+S (Windows/Linux) while the Screener is active to quickly save the current filter state. If an existing screen with the same name exists, you are prompted to overwrite or save as a new copy.

Managing saved screens

Click the Manage screens link in the dropdown to open the saved screens manager:

  • Rename — click the name to edit inline
  • Duplicate — create a copy of a saved screen to use as a starting point
  • Delete — remove a saved screen permanently
  • Set as default — the default screen loads automatically when you open the Screener

Sharing screens

You can share a screen via URL: click the Share button (link icon) in the toolbar. This copies a URL that encodes all filter parameters as query string values. Anyone with the link can open the Screener with those filters pre-applied — even without a Worldview account (the Screener itself requires sign-in, but the URL can be bookmarked or shared internally).

Export

While viewing a saved screen's results, click Export to download:

  • CSV — all visible columns for all matching rows
  • Excel (.xlsx) — formatted with freeze panes and header styling
  • PDF — paginated table suitable for printing or archiving

Export is limited to 5,000 rows per download. For larger exports, contact support for an API key.
